We are down to under 3 weeks now till the first performance night so it is essential that all cast members attend scheduled practices. Otherwise it impacts on the rest of the cast who can't polish actions, etc. because the people they are with constantly change. Please make every effort to attend rehearsals. In some cases we have former cast joining you for numbers and due to their schedules and locations they may only get 1 shot at a pre-rehearsal. Next week a final rehearsal schedule will be posted to carry us through to the production weekend. Please use this to book days off work, change other appointments, etc. We will try to work around baseball schedules but as soon as we start rehearsing in the theatre we will expect that at that point it is time for other schedules to start working around the Drama Schedule. We have tried to be
flexible up to this point. Thanks for your cooperation.
